My journey began as a 15-year-old mother, facing challenges that tested my strength but sparked an unshakable determination to build a brighter future. Balancing the demands of motherhood while completing high school and pursuing higher education taught me the power of perseverance and hope.

Years later, life presented another challenge when my youngest daughter was born prematurely and diagnosed with dyshidrotic eczema. Watching her struggle fueled my passion to find natural, effective skincare solutions. This personal mission eventually blossomed into the creation of SĀF Body Care—a line of all-natural deodorants and skincare designed for sensitive skin, blending fun, fresh fragrances with care and nourishment.

As a registered and certified pharmacy technician with over a decade of healthcare experience and a certified Spiritual Life Coach, I approach wellness with a holistic perspective. My products reflect a commitment to physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. At SĀF Body Care, we believe that true care nurtures not just the body but also the mind and spirit.

This journey is deeply personal—shaped by my children and inspired by the lessons from my late father, a Vietnam veteran who faced PTSD.  Remembering my own battles with depression and anxiety during my dad's health battles and after his transition, pushed me to incorporate with our products, empowering messages. Each label serves as a gentle reminder to embrace self-worth, inner strength, and individuality, aligning with my belief that self-care is an act of self-love.
